Founder

Haim Taib is the Founder of the Taib Group and an expert in strengthening and developing countries in Africa. For more than 40 years, he has operated across the continent, leading and implementing over 100 national-scale projects in key sectors including water, energy, food security, healthcare, education, housing, and technology, impacting millions of people. Taib's activities range across large-scale infrastructure and construction, essential services, finance, and investments, enabling countries and local ecosystems to plan, finance, and execute complex national solutions to critical challenges.

Yuval Leder

Chief Financial & Wealth Officer

Yuval Leder has over 20 years of financial experience, Yuval is the Chief Financial and Wealth Officer at Visao Capital, focused on building, preserving, and transferring long-term wealth. He partners closely with key positions to design tailored investment and financial strategies that balance growth, risk management, and multi-generational objectives. Yuval brings a disciplined, values-driven approach to portfolio management, combining strong financial stewardship with thoughtful, responsible decision-making. Yuval holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance.

David Taib

Chief Investment Officer

David Taib, is acting as Visao's Chief Investment Officer, as well as the Taib family's representative in the management of Visao, David oversees all investment portfolios, together with the team, to ensure that they match the family's long-term goals and investment guidelines. David has previously held different financial roles, from wealth management to strategy and M&A. He holds a Master's degree in Finance from Bayes Business School.

Hana Bui

CFA

Hana Bui is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics. She brings a strong background in capital markets, with prior experience in various Treasury roles at the Nordic Investment Bank. At Visao, she is responsible for portfolio management, ensuring that investment analysis, asset allocation, and risk management are aligned with Visao's investment objectives

Koulla Strouthou

Financial Controller

Koulla Strouthou is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (FCCA), with an additional qualification in Internal Audit (IIA). She studied Business Administration with a major in Accounting at the University of Cyprus. With over 7 years of prior experience at an audit firm, serving as an Audit Manager, Koulla brings a strong financial background to her role as Financial Controller of the Visao Group, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and alignment with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Karen-Julie Harper

Executive Assistant & Site Operations

Karen-Julie Harper is an experienced Executive Assistant and Site Operations Manager with over 25 years of experience supporting senior executives and overseeing operational functions within organisations across Zimbabwe, South Africa, and England. Now based in Cyprus, she continues to apply her extensive expertise in executive support and operational management. Karen-Julie is known for her highly organised, proactive, and professional approach to executive support and workplace operations. She brings a strong background in legal administration and organisational management to her work.
